David called and said that he made Merlo, Dolcetto, and Barbera in our Zemplen Forest oak barrels.
He said he now enjoys drinking his Merlot wine which was not one of his favorite varietals before he
put it in our Vadai Zemplen Forest barrel. The barrel created such a unique taste difference.
He said his customers were praising the taste of the Merlo in our Vadai barrels and really noticed a
difference in the taste of the Merlo he made in our barrels and enjoyed the taste so much better.
What David likes about our Vadai Zemplen oak barrels when compared to French barrels is the oak is
more subtle and harmonizes with the fruit better.
The Vadai barrels let the flavor of the grape come through and they let the aromatic taste come through
more naturally. David said he spent alot of money purchasing French barrels in the past and next year
he is only going to use Vadai Zemplen Forest barrels because of the unique taste he and his customers
are experiencing and like so much better.
David was sceptical about trying our Vadai barrels but now that he has tasted the difference in the taste
of his wine he will never go back to the French barrels he was using. He told us that if anyone is
sceptical to please give him a call because he is so much more satisfied with the taste of his wine
and would like to tell our other customers about his experience with the Vadai Zemplen Forest barrel.

John called us and said he feels like we are family members to him. He said Ruthy always calls
him right back to confirm his order. He said that is the way it should be in business but it isn't.
He said the Vadai barrels are a phenomenal product and they produce a fantastic taste.
Some of the wines John makes in our Vadai barrels are Syrah and Sangiovese which have the
best flavors.

Ronald called and said he made Chardonnay in our Zemplen Forest barrels. 7 1/2 months and he is
bottling the wine and loves the taste. He also made Pinot Noir in our barrels and likes the taste.

Mike called and said he made Pinot Noir in our Zemplen Forest barrels and entered it in a contest.
He won a 5 Star medal and the results were published in the Bor Barát Magazine.
