TUITION AND FEES

Caring for children is a tremendous and challenging responsibility. This service is a business offering quality child care. Tuition not only pays our staff to plan and implement this quality program, but also is used to purchase food, equipment, toys, books, craft supplies, necessary improvements to the building, professional training and materials for staff, insurance and much more. With this in consideration the following policies regarding rates, methods of payment, contracted hours, and vacation are necessary.

* Early out and late start days are included in these rates.
* An additional amount to total $20/day for any full days your child attends daycare.
* School aged children are only allowed vacation days in the summer.  (regular rates apply)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- - Any time over 10 hours will be a full day plus $2 an hour in addition.
- An infant and a non-infant combina
tion will be billed at the infant rate plus the 2nd child rate.
- A late charge of $1/minute/child after 6pm will be charged.
- There is a 4-day minimum charge for all children enrolled.
- Reduced Rates are available and are based upon income guidelines.
- A $20 late charge will be added to any unpaid balance if it is not paid according to your contract weekly.
- If your family decides to re-enroll at the center within a year…you will be charged a discounted re-enrollment fee of $10.
