CABINETS
(A) All-wood Box.
Our Dynasty cabinets feature 1/2" plywood sides, 3/8" plywood tops and floors and 1/4" plywood backs. Omega Custom cabinets feature 3/4" plywood sides, 1/2" tops and floors and 1/4" plywood backs.
(B) Maple Dovetailed Drawers.
Drawer fronts are solid hardwood (MDF if opaque) and are attached to a 5/8" maple drawer box with dovetailed joints at all four corners. All drawers are sealed and top coated for a fine furniture look.
(C) High Quality Doors and Frames.
Both Dynasty and Omega Custom cabinets feature 3/4" solid, hardwood doors and face frames. Our Dynasty II collection doors feature a full 1/4" furniture veneer center panel bringing you greater affordability along with Dynasty's renowned quality. Opaque doors and drawer fronts will receive an MDO (Medium Density Overlay) center panels to provide a more stable surface for application of the finish and improve the overall appearance of the final product.
(D) Durable Interiors.
Our Dynasty products are crafted with 50-gram melamine thermal bonded to plywood for durability and easy maintenance.
The interior of Omega Custom cabinets are birch or maple stained to match the exterior of the cabinet.
(E) Roll Out Trays
Both the Dynasty and Omega Custom product lines feature standard dovetailed, adjustable roll-out trays with full extension undermount soft close guides.
(F) Full Extension Guides
The standard guide in both Dynasty and Omega Custom is a fully concealed, full extension undermount softclose guide. This self-closing guide features smooth and quiet operation and carries a 100 lb. weight capacity.
